Just want to share today

Sure had fun last night making the cards that I will be attaching. I have always been afraid of horses but found myself loving them as I was playing around with the set from The Angel Company, it is so versatile. I am anxious to start playing with the other sets also. I have always loved doing pop-up cards from the first time that I was taught how to do them and have been playing around with that technique. When I finish what I started will post. So guess I better get busy. Hope you enjoy the cards. Any questions, just ask.

Finally Finished

It has been a busy day trying to get samples of eight projects for our next cruise in April but think I have them all picked out. Still have to do samples but have my ideas written down. Just finished my projects for the Jan/Feb 08 addition for the http://www.rubberroadsadventures.com/ which should be published sometime in Feb so keep a lookout for that.

Since my last post I have made a few cards using the Kalloppe Set. One was for the color challenge. I received some red velvet with my kit this month and decided I needed to do some of that on the card, plus some sewing. I am sorry to say that the pictures did not turn out as nice as I wanted them to but will add them. Well have to run, until next time, enjoy, and ask questions.

Hugs

Busy Day

I have been cleaning my craft room for the last two days, what a job. Do not know why I cannot throw a snipit of paper away--aha--might need that for something, then something never comes, just cut up another sheet of paper and add to the pile. What a dilema but I did succeed with giving them away to friends at church and to the children's program.

They came over and just could not believe the stuff I was giving to them. According to them--this room looks much better than last time, just love those girls. Then decided I needed to wash clothes, so inbetween decided I needed to stamp something so here they are--stamps are from the Angel Company and Club Scrap. Enjoy and let me hear how you like my blog!

Escape

Returned home last night from a wonderful weekend of stamping, learning, and gathering with old friends and making new. The Angel Company does a fantastic job of putting on events that all of us angels can enjoy and get inspired. I am very proud of the owners and glad to be a part of this company. Will share my trade card and special gift that folks received. I received so much in return from them that it is mind boggling. There work is soooooooooooo great and wonderful eye candy. As soon as I get a chance will load a few.

My next big challenge is to do four projects for the http://www.rubberroadadventures.com/. I have three projects done but must finish the last one by the 20th of this month. That will be published in the Feb time frame. So will stop for now. Thanks for looking at my site and let me know what you think.

Hugs and Blessings

Excitement In The Air

Good Evening One and All,
God is Good. Went to the doctor today and so far the news is not too bad. Although I had testing done, due to the holidays results are not in but I feel very good about any results. Now onto the good news--I have been published--how about that. If anyone cares to go to www.rubberroadsadventures.com, look under Designers, and you will find me. If you go to Scrappin Team, you will also find me, to see my designs, look under Jacob's Ladder, and HIT Vendor.

Hope this makes sense but I am so excited nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and like I said, GOD IS GOOD!

Here is a card I did last night for our weekend challenge.

Happy New Year One and All

Time flies when you are having fun--our new year was quiet with calls from the children. They are fine and plan to come to see us one of these days if we just stay home, but as the saying goes make hay while the sunshines and while you can so that is what we are doing.

I have designed several things since I have been back for the groups I am on but cannot share until they have been published. Will let you know when the Route 66 publication is on-line so you can all read that. The others are weekly sketches or layouts that are put on the website once a month.

This one I can share it was made for Gina who just had another grandbaby. I do have pictures uploaded from Disney and here are a few.
