Continuing With Eye Candy

Here are a few things done in the last several day, hope you enjoy. The Frappracino bottle was filled with nuts and given to both my doctors offices--they really appreciated them--the next cards were challenges and the flower one was made from scraps of leftover paper that we all have. The last one is the pinwheel challenge--this was fun making. Well till we meet again, God's richest blessings to each and everyone of you.

Time is Drawing Near To Leave for Vacation and Play

Today is Wednesday--we will leave on this coming Monday so this will probably be my last input until we return on the 20th of December. To everyone who looks at my blog I wish you God's peace and grace in the coming days. Happy Thanksgiving and please give your thoughts to what you are thankful for and Merry Christmas, may Jesus be the Reason For The Season. God's richest blessings to each and everyone of you. I took my two new best friends to the Texas Angel Gathering over the weekend and they loved every minute of it. Some of their new friends let them stamp and play--here are a few pictures of them doing some stamping. Mama Dale let me glue some paper, Sambo let me cut some paper, and Rose is really my new best friend--don't tell the rest of the gals this though. We really behaved and made lots of new friends. Miss JoAnne really loves all the things we helped with. We got to see so many projects do not know how they do them all but it was fun. We were tired out from all the fun we had so we had to go to bed so we could get up the next morning and do some more. Here is some other eye candy that was done as challenges and sketches.

Monday's Thoughts

Reflecting back on the weekend, we went to Wursefast in New Braunfels TX. They were celebrating their German Heritage. Food, dance, displays, were very good. One band was named the Sauerkraut's--they were great. We could have danced all night in our hearts but our body would not let us do that anymore--we both love German music and especially the polka. We cut quite a rug in our day. Anyway here is what I have been up to lately--have a few things I have not taken pictures of yet like the Outdoor Scrapbook that I have ready to go except the pictures. Oh yes, I was also informed that another group has accepted me as a Technique Team Member, God is good! My first publication is going to be put up on the web during the Thanksgiving Week, I am anxious to see that one. Have several more in the making and once all is said and done will let everyone know. Well enough of this, here are my endeavors--thanks for looking.

Almost Time For Fun

We have less than two weeks before we leave and so many little things to do and catch up on before going. We will visit with family and friends which is always a blessing to us as we miss all of our family and friends and are just grateful that we are still able to keep on trucking--hum an idea is brewing here, will have to see how it pans out. I have been making scrapbooks--and ornament picture frames which is a lot of fun. So guess I will share instead of type. The first picture is the new craze in stamping, it is called inchies--just an inch it can be a square, circle, etc. Hope you can make out the mouse in the second one. This is only a partial peak of my christmas story and scrapbook, The Night Before Christmas. Thanks for looking any questions, just ask, I love to share.

Recommending Michael's Site

Thought you might like to look around on his site. He is a super swell guy--loves photography!

Beautiful Day

Our weather is just gorgeous today. I miss the changing of seasons and my mind is on the mountains, snow, relaxing by the fireplace, such contentment. But wake up you live in Texas--duh, none of those things happen around here. So I will continue to dream and look for a place I would rather live in, like MO or TN. You just never know, at any rate here are some cards I have done that made me miss the weather, LOL! I have also been designing with paper and this is what happenend.

My New Friends

I must confess that I got excited when I talked about Paper Stanley's. Let me explain. Fifth grade students from Lubbock TX read the story Flat Stanley, it has become very popular in the schools and elsewhere. It is about a family who would love to travel to see friends but cannot due to money shortage. So they decide to mail themselves to someone. I received two--Jr and Leslie--here they are. They are going to go to our Texas Angel Gathering and have fun. Now onto other things I have lately. Enjoy, any questions, just ask.
